Is a VA required to be associated with Subassembly Offsets? If so, why? A
BasicLaneTransition doesn't require one. The solution is found by holding
grade, elevations...etc. That solution should be passed to the offset.
This would make planar cul-de-sacs much easier, because creating a profile
where a plane intersects a multiple curves (bulb and return) is time
consuming.
Hopefully it's possible.
