Once Styles are made in a drawing what is the process to utilize them in a seperate drawing or move them to your drawing template?

I agree with Reid, that would be the easiest way, although time consuming in case you need to import more. But just in case if you were not aware of new commands that will let you import Styles and Settings and the same time, please see AECCIMPORTSTYLESANDSETTINGS and AECCIMPORTSTYLES.
There are other ways to do it globally see following post: http://beingcivil.typepad.com/my_weblog/2009/08/ex
I hope this helps.
