Hello,

New here to the forums. I have a question. I have a profile that has a 25' VC (please see attached jpeg) and want to put my PVI Station and Elevation but it doesnt fit in 40 scale (I need it to be in 40 scale). Is there a way I can only change the style for small vertical curves without changing my other styles? Thanks.

You can certainly create a new label style, then Ctrl+click on this label and switch it to the new style in the properties box.

I don't know if you can set it up to automatically switch styles based on the length of the curve.  One option may be to have text x and y offsets based on expressions that give a different value based on the cuve length, but I'm not sure if it's possible.

Don't know of a way without changing style as troma suggests but here's an example of having the vc text appear above the label which may clean it up some. This is how we have ours set up and there's no interference with the lines & horizontal text overlap.

This is one of our default profile label sets.  Most of the VC info is moved to the top & bottom of the grid, so that it doesn't interfere with the profile linework.

Thanks guys. I ended up creating a new style for 25' VC or smaller and also a 50' VC. Here in California, all agencies require to show the dimension lines and PVI info. I cant just call a PVI Station and Elevation without Dim lines. Heres what it looks like now. (See attached)
