I don't think it's stock. It was probably customized for that company. If the file was created in Civil 3D and you have the digital file, you should be able to list the name.

it looks as if someone put alot of work into those styles.   The completed view is not a out of the box style.

It might help your knowledge of the profile view styles if you try to make your own based on what you see there.

If you have the drawing file, and the version is the same or older than your current version, you can drag & drop it into your template.

I like it! It looks like it would work well for rural grading projects. On some down time I might just tackle this baby, if I come up with something useful I'll be sure to drop back and post here. Thanks for sharing this insight. I'm guessing he doesn't have the C3D file or he wouldn't be asking how to lay it out. Good luck!

This will all take place within your Profile View Properties > Bands. In fact Civil 3D 2012 has many options available and I wouldn't be surprised if you couldn't modify and existing styles to generate this look.

    Looks very nice.

A few short band titles, one with some extra lines and a couple of text components to get the extra vertical title boxes for design reduced levels and vertical alignment, then fit the band heights and band titles.
