I have a customisation file that no longer works (KMLPUBLISHER) but I can't seem to get rid of it - any suggestions?

NVIDIA Quadro 4000, Dual 27" Monitor, Dell T3600
(No connection with Autodesk other than using the products in the real world)

Rt. click on the Partial file, Unload?
