We have a new version (2012) but STILL people are asking questions without giving their particular Version and SP and

perhaps 32 or 64 bit, Operating System.

It CAN make a difference.  This is a friendly reminder.

Thanks Bill, this info really does help.  One more piece of information that's often important is your graphics card so please include that.  Easiest way is to set up a signature in your forum profile that contains this info (keep it concise...one line is fine!) - click on "My Settings" above the search box on the forum page, and look in the "Personal" tab.
