I have set point transformation settings as depicted on the attached. Reference point is set and values for scale factor are correct. In the prospector however, the scale factor is not updated, although the North, East, Grid N, Grid E, Lat, Long and Convergence are correct. I need to label geodetic with correct values. Any thoughts or am I missing something?

Try setting your Drawing Settings -> Ambient Settings -> Unitless -> Precision to a large value, such as 6 or 8 decimal places.
