My students are drawing subdivision plats. In Minnesota we must have a heavy line weight for the plat boundary, a medium lineweight for block boundaries and lighter for lot lines. We cannot seem to achieve that using parcel segments, even though we're using separate layers and have all linear properties set to BYLAYER.
A give lot may have a segment that is part of the plat boundary, one or more that are block boundaries and one that is a lot boundary. Even though the 3 layers have different lineweights, all seem to plot at the widest.
