i need materials on how to create sheet , combining the layout and plan on a page. I will appreciate step by step guide on how to do this.

Take a look at the tutorials that come with Civil 3D or get a good book such as "Mastering Civil 3D".

The book has sections for this along with tutorials / and dwg downloads.

Youtube has various videos on creating sheets. Search for "plan production sheets civil 3d".
