AutoCAD Civil 3D

I'm running Civil 3D 2013 and when I go to the "Points" pull-down menu and click on "List Points", a box pops up with some points listed but there is no scroll bar on the right side to allow me to scroll down.  But when I close this box, go back to the "Points" pull-down menu and select "List Points", the scroll bar appears.  Then when I close the box again, then do "List Points" for the third time, the scroll bar is gone.  

Basically, on the Odd number of tries, the scroll bar is missing.  On the Even number of tries, the scroll bar appears.  

Any fixes?

I just installed the Service Pack that was released today (11-29-2012) for Civil 3D 2013 and it didn't fix this problem.

This is a bug. Click on the last point on the list, hit the down arrow, and the scrollbars appear.

Page Down key works also.
