AutoCAD Civil 3D

I'm using Autodesk Infrastructure Design Suite 2012-64 bit (the Civil 3D 2012 inside it).  I can't figure out how to insert an image that is georeferenced, e.g. a Mr. Sid image.  In the past, I have just downloaded the object enabler, but that didn't work this time around.  Can someone tell me how to insert a Mr. Side image?

i think the command is mapiinsert

in 2012 you don't need the raster object enabler
