How do you preset a point elevation and description when creating points
manually such that it doesn't prompt you each time a point is set?

Use the settings tab in Prospector.
Point > Commands > CreatePoints > Rt. Click > Edit Command Settings > Points
Creation
Set the Default Elevation and Default Description (assuming your Prompt
For Elevations and Prompt for Descriptions are set to Automatic).
