I am trying to place points on a map. All I have is their Latitude and Longitude. Where can I enter in the Lat and Long? I can not find it.

open your transparent command toolbox and it's the 7 the tool from the left.

Ok, One more ? how do I use it? when you click on it I get (LL must be called from within another command)
