You can't buy old software like LDT. But why would you as you say you already have a license?
Anyone can download any service pack. The LDT 2007 files are all still there on the Autodesk website. A quick search on the web and you'll find them.
If you want to practise Civil 3D you may be able to download it for free from students.autodesk.com
