    HecRas Import Georefrencing Error

    Hello,

I'm new to exporting from AutoCad Civil3d 2011 to HecRas and I've run into a problem and not sure what the solution is. I export out my alignment, sample lines and surface data to a GEO file and when I try to import it into HecRas it gives me the error that not all my cross sections are georefrenced, its as though the samples lines past a certain point on my alignment aren't georeferenced (according to HeacRas) does anyone have any ideas what the problem is?

I don't know if this will help, but I recently had to do that for a project and was getting a similar error when importing the *.geo file into HEC-RAS.  For me, it was that my cross sections extended past the limits of the TIN.

    Good Luck,

    Chris
