Has anyone had success in Installing LDD 2006 over LDD 2005?

In order to get the menus and Workspace features to work.. I had to
uninstall LDD 2005. Just curious as to what other people are experiencing.
FWIW.. after I uninstalled 2005 (per the license agreement BTW), 2006
installed without a hitch and works well.
