    Fatal Unhandled Exemption Error

    What is the following error:

    Unhandled Access Violation Reading
    Ox78544bd5 Exception at 13bd625oh

I have sent this message to the autodesk but have not had any response. Sometimes while grading the computer will grind away like there is not enough memory or power to properly run the program. According to the tech resources at my job it was speced out for the program but I disagree because this is happening more frequently. Any help or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for sending in the crash reports. By sending in CER reports,
it helps us get statistics on which issues are affecting our customers
more. However, sending in reports is not equivalent to opening a
support request, and generally does not result in Autodesk contacting
    the customers.

So the first thing to do would be to contact Technical Support and
provide them with the drawing and steps to reproduce the issue.

In the meanwhile, if you can provide me with the email address you used
when you submitted the report, I can look it up. If you don't wish to
post it here, email me (first.lastname in sig below at Autodesk)
