    Export 2D Level Banding?

We use 3DC for basic cut/fill models and tend to use the same banding depths so in metre intervals from -10 say to +10. To remain consistent we like to keep the banding the same. I wondered if there was any way of exporting a banding set or colour scheme from project to project or surface to surface.....

Yes there is... go to the toolbox tab on your toolspace window. If you run UKIE or ANZ templates you should find under "additional tools" that you have "surface analysis - export to a file", and similarly to import to a file. I use this all the time and I recommend reading the thread that put me onto it: http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/AutoCAD-Civil-3D/Custom-color-range-for-surface-elevations/td-p/339635... In it you will find some useful tips from Andrew Puller on how to add a bit of flexibility.
