What does this mean (see screenshot) and how do I get around it??

Trying to convert the magenta object to feature line and the message appears - the object is a polyline and all Z values are zero.

Thanks

Couldn't wait - I just used the file I posted and thanks again - thats brilliant; no idea what the code does but it works great.

I also tried the MIRROR3D as per earlier link which worked but the lisp is much easier

I used "flatten" command and it fixed the issue.

I'm having the same or similar issue:

I tried the normalize.lsp in 2023 and 2025, no errors but the objects still produce an error when trying to convert to feature lines>
