Im having trouble in 2013 opening a template size of ANSI B. The only available from the default sheet set of Civil Imperial is a ANSI D. does anyone know how to create a template or sheet set size of ANSI B? or can someone help me find where I can import/change from ANSI D to ANSI B..

You'll need to define a "Page Setup" for it in a Layout of a dwt.

Click on search & enter Page Setup Manager.
