This forum is for discussion relating to Autodesk Civil 3D. You may get
better answers in the Autocad LT or Map forums.
In the meantime, find someone with Autodesk Map. Map can open dgn files
and save them as Autocad files.

Save the file as a DWG out of MicroStation. You'll like the results better.
