I am using a network deployment of LDD2005 and Civil Design. The Network License Manager shipped with LDD2005/CD works with Windows XP Home, but Civil3D documentation indicates the version shipped with Civil3D requires XP Pro. Is it possible to continue to use the version of the License Mgr that came with LDD2005 in conjunction with XP Home and Civil3D, or will we be required to upgrade to XP Pro?

No need to install a new NLM. The version on the C3D 2005 disc is the same as the one that shipped with LDT 2005.
