AutoCAD Civil 3D

I've just installed Civil 3D 2005 on Windows XP.
For some reason, whenever I use some other Windows applications the Windows Installer for Civil 3D 2005 pops up.
Is there a way to fix this problem ? It is very annoying to see this dialog box popping up whenever I try to open or save in VB.

I found this out.
I simply had to insert the Civil 3D 2005 CD again to complete installation and everyting is OK.
