Can't run C3D reports

I have an XP station with C3D 2009. Previously I have been able to run point reports. Now I get the attached error message. I can run the same reports on other stations with no problems. I have tried a repair of the C3D with no luck. I suspect it may not be a C3D problem, but something else on the station. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this??

I have my default browser as Firefox and I get the same error message.
When I set it to IE, it works fine.

This is a bug that was introduced in C3D 2008 SP1 and has been with us ever since.

The reports create an output file called CivilReport.html in the user's temp directory (userhome/Local Settings/Temp on XP, or userhome/AppData/Local/Temp on newer versions of Windows).

I created a shortcut link that points to this location. Then, whenever I run a report, I click on the shortcut link to open the report in my browser. That way I don't have to keep changing my default browser.

My default browser is IE. The reports have been working up until now. The last time was probably a couple of weeks ago. I am trying a system restore and reinstall.

Even with IE as the default, I got this error after moving from IE7 to IE8.

HEY GUYS I REALLY NEED YOUR HELP!!!!
I run the profile reports on CIVIL 3D 2008 and iT work just fine but now that I switch to 2010 THe browser opens up with only the title information but no content. It just looks like an empty form. I tried a file that I konw it works on 2008 and then I runn it on 2010 it did not work either. I am not sure what I am doing wrong but I am getting very frustrated. I need the profile PVI Station and Curve Report.
In addition I wanted to ask you all if anybody knew, How when you create a plan profile sheet that the profile view shows the whole EG surface profile and the proposed road. I have tried it all but I eIther end up with a grid that does not show the whole profile alignments(it cuts of the top or bottom) or in sections where there is multiple profile view with different elevation ranges. I just want it to look like one sole grid where you can see the eg profile and the road profile nice and clean.
Lastly, when I export my horizontal alignment with the landxml , it says something like it does not support reverse crown superelevation. Does anybody know what is this warning mean and is this normal or did i mess up something.

Thank you so much.

For the PVI Station and Curve report...... see the thread started about the
same time as the one you replied to, with the Subject "Report manager
problems". I posted a fixed DLL file in that thread. The problem with the
2010 report is that it works fine as long as the profile starts at the
beginning of the alignment, but fails when the profile starts anywhere else.
I submitted a bug report with Autodesk, as well as the fix, but haven't
heard from them since October.
