I have created several different corridors (with different assemblies in them), but when I to to view sections the same assembly keeps showing up. How do the sections get updated with the new assemblies?

It sounds like you haven't sampled the other corridors into your sample lines. If you open the sample line group properties then you can see which sections are currently included, and add more data if necessary.
