Your surfaces have nothing defining them and they have been moved, twice. Remove the two moves, add the lines/polylines as breaklines and they show up fine:

You are awesome, you all are! I tried to figure out how to "remove moves" but I don't know?

Go to the Surface Properties and :

If you uncheck an item the surface will not use it when rebuilt. Once you verify that it's not needed you can right click and remove it.
