Do all of the autodesk civil design products, past and present, determine the longest travel time upstream of storm sewer structures when calculating the flow to size the downstream pipe? It appears to me that the software simply keeps summing the flows determined for the upstream pipes and uses this value for the next. I would expect this operation to determine the longest upstream basin time of concentration and add this time to the upstream pipe travel times and use this time value calculate the peak flow.
