Autodesk being very difficult to deal with

I have some problems with Civil 3D 2013 and had to reload my machine. Been waiting THREE DAYS for the activation of this latest reload and can't get beyond that. Sent 3 emails and requests.
No I didn't deactivate it before i reloaded the machine - didn't think about it.
As much money as I've spent on this software this SHOULD be a NON-ISSUE.
PLEASE SOMEONE FROM AUTODESK ACTIVATE MY LICENSE!
