    Autodesk being very difficult to deal with

    I have some problems with Civil 3D 2013 and had to reload my machine.  Been waiting THREE DAYS for the activation of this latest reload and can't get beyond that.  Sent 3 emails and requests.

    No I didn't deactivate it before i reloaded the machine - didn't think about it.

    As much money as I've spent on this software this SHOULD be a NON-ISSUE.

     

    PLEASE SOMEONE FROM AUTODESK ACTIVATE MY LICENSE!

    Sorry to hear the re-activation process is not going as it should be and I completely understand your frustration.

    Cathy, I'm not sure how you attempted to activate but I've never had this problem. If it doesn't activate online I call 1-800-551-1490 which is the activation line. I speak to a human and it takes a few seconds. Keep that number handy if you don't have it.
