I freqently save my drawing a few dozen times a day, just in case i get the " Fatal Error" message.... Anywho, when I "ctrl+s" my drawing does it save to both my computer and the cloud?  Or do I have to save to both locations each time?

If you go to the Options command, look for the Online tab. Depending on your screen resolution, you might have to use the scroll arrows to find it.

On that tab, you're going to see "Enable Cloud Storage." Turn that on and then turn on "Automatically when I save" to have the system automatically update the cloud's copy of your local file.
