AutoCAD Civil 3D

I installed Civil 3d and now when I start some other programs the setup for autocad starts running again for no reason I can find, very annoying. Has this happened to anyone else and did you manage to fix it?

Yes it has happened a lot.
Usually by allowing the startup to continue, files that it is looking for are loaded and no more problems.

However this a little difficult if one is trying to run a AutoCAD program and one is asked to shut down AutoCAD. The whole procedure is shut down and reoccurs next instance.

Has any one a fix for this??
