AutoCAD 2013 Autodesk Seek

I have been searching through Autodesk Seek looking for electrical symbols for ladder logic diagrams. I am using AutoCAD civil 3D 2013. With AutoCAD civil 3D 2011 I had access to all the symbols through DC online, with that feature gone I cannot find appropriate symbols. Since I am the only electrician in a civil engineering department I am using this version, our main focus is not electrical hence the civil version. Where can I find electrical component symbols and not dishwashers?

If you have an infrastructure suite, you should also have a full version of AutoCAD as well as Civil 3d. If not you may try running "AutoCAD Civil 3d as AutoCAD" You should be able to find it in the start menu.
I am not sure if this will get you where you need to be, but it may be worth a shot.
