I have an existing road to add 12' widening to one side. see attached.

I need to have the CL existing road in center of corridor.

Can someone give me a step by step of the process.

Which alignments or feature lines, targets, assembly type.

Ditch and backslopes not a problem. Just making the assembly follow the existing EOP.

Check the help files for the Overlay and Widening subassemblies.  There are several, depending on how you want to handle the lane crossfall.  Based on your sketch I suggest that you use OverlayWidenMatchSlope1.
