When using "Create Multiple Section Views", some of the information is placed outside the viewport.

Add a couple data bands to the profile views (as you are creating the section views) that are invisible but extend out beyond the edge of the view left and right to adjust the limits. When you create just a section view, C3D doesn't recognize the text so it uses the axis as the limits of the view. If your text is adjusted outside of the view, C3D doesn't realize it's there.
If you have the default template installed, there is a profile band set that is used for this when doing plan and profile sheets. I don't have C3D on this computer but I believe it's called something like, "Plan and Profile Stations and Elevations". The concept for section views is the same.
