In the upper lefthand corner of my screen are displayed [-][TOP][2D WIREFRAME]. Have no idea what it means and how can I turn it off?

[-] I don't know
[TOP] means you are viewing the top, not the front, back, left, right or bottom. This is normal.
[2D WIREFRAME] refers to the style of visualisation. This is the most common. Options like conceptual or realistic are often used for 3d viewing.
I don't know how to turn them off.

Hovering the mouse over each one tells you what it is for...
To turn it off, set VPCONTROL to OFF or 0
However, there is a display bug in C3D2012 where your crosshairs may disappear. The only way to get them back without closing and restarting C3D is to move the mouse so the cursor crosses over that control....without the control visble, no quick fix to get the crosshairs back.

I have also noticed that this crosshair bug is still present in 2013.
