Surface Color Banding to use Truecolors

I suggest (wish), there was a toggle in the color banding dialog box, to tell Civil 3D to use 'True Colors' instead of AutoCAD colors. By using True colors, I wouldn't have to create separate CTB files, as most have them set to print black-n-white.
By allowing True colors, we could continue using our day-to-day CTB settings, and have the elevation colors (bands) print in the background in color.
Also, provide a fade setting, so the colors can be toned down, AND, give us styles for the colors to be used, even at the bas level. More customization is required in this area.
