Object snap on all Civil 3D objects

We would like to be able to object snap on all Civil 3D objects,
particularly profile views.

Here Here - drives me nuts to still have to draw in temporary lines to get intersection points in my profiles >(

yes, add me to the list.

As well as this, please allow us to select pipe and structure items from a PV for editing, to allow swap parts etc straight from the PV.

I'm on board with this as well.

Using rays and xlines for snapping can become tedious.
