Improve General & Parcel Line/Curve label Styles

The improvements:

1. In the General Tab of Label Styles when you select a Text Style such as L100 or L80 it would be great if the text size of all components automatically are set to "ByStyle" which would obtain the text/block size that is defined in the Text Style.  For example if Text Style "L100" has a paper text height of 0.100" then all componenent sizes/heights set to "ByStyle" would use "0.100".

2. In the General Tab there should be the ability to set Layer to "ByLayer"  so the labels automatically are created in the current layer.  Also allow for Layers to be set "ByObject" which will created the label of the same layer as the object, including the ability to use use suffix/prefixes to control the layer such as "<ByObject>-LBL".   In this example if you have a line on layer "S-BNDY-PARCEL-A" the Label will be created on "S-BNDY-PARCEL-A-LBL". This would be extremely helpful when creating basemaps with dozens of parcels.

3. When copying a Line/Curve Label in the Setttings Tab I woud want it to automatically copy the Child Labels.
