    Dynamic Links between Profile PVI's

    Civil 3D programmers,

I'd really like the ability to link two seperate profile PVI's so that they maintain 1 elevation.

I'm not sure why this hasn't been included yet (works in the intersection wizard but nowhere else)  but it's just common sense for a civil designer.

Further - How about adding a glyph that would show a dashed line between the two connected PVI's? That would keep it simple right? Maybe talk to your AutoCAD guys. They've done this type of thing before with the parametric glyphs.  I'm sure they'll help you out, they're nice guys right?

Anyways, i hope someone out there in Autodesk world gets this.

Oh and I know about the handfull of developers offering this as an add-on.....I just don't think I should require an aftermarket product for this ability....especially given the product is marketed as a dynamic solution.

    Thanks

Sounds good. Where would you put it to immediate use?
