Dragged State Labels

Labels in dragged state need the same options found in multi leader styles. Namely having the leader connected to the middle of the top line when coming off the left, but, but, to the middle of the bottom line when coming off of the right side.

I don't know why our company does our styles in this way, but they do, and would be nice to have the C3D styles to match.

Perhaps your company does leaders in that way because it is the defualt setting for the old-fashioned QLEADER.

I like to use QLEADER still, and I had to keep turning off that setting.  (Eventually got it set in the template.)

But yes, you should have the same (rediculous) options available across the board.
