Check in Styles: Wish

I don't know if anyone has thought about this, but this hit me after dinner tonite.

In a project management environment (vault), could "Styles" become "checked" in? While it would be nice to have all of my stlyles in my template (still building many many styles as projects move forward.,..) I hate to think of where I left all of them. This was all of my split apart "parts" and reference objects might be able to "share" the same style...edit once...

Post that as a wish for 2009.

I like that idea. I'd love to see it set with a way so you could update a
master file and bring in styles as you need it. Work that in with a style
manager I guess.

Yea I thought it would be cool to have essentially a 'bucket o'styles' that you could just drag and drop to as you created. Styles are always evolving and usually at times where you don't have time to do the template doe-se-doe. I'm not so sure it would have to be checked in but at least be available in the template or maybe a toggle to have the 'bucket o'styles' update into a dwg as its opened.
