The ability to pick the upper most part and the lowest part and have C3D re-apply the pipe rules between these two parts. Currently a real pain to have to select each and every pipe/strc between your high and low point.

You can do this already, Bill. In the following example I chose 2 structures, and it apllied to everything in between them.
Command: _AeccApplyRules
Select up slope part in plan (Pipe or Structure):
Select next down slope part in plan (Pipe or Structure) or [Undo]:
Select next down slope part in plan (Pipe or Structure) or [Undo]: Rules
successfully applied to 19 network parts.
Just tried this in 14 and your right! Will go back to 13 and see if it works there.
Thanks
Bill,
We also have some great Pipe Editing tools. Editing pipes in Civil 3D has always been a pain. We have a Multipe Pipe editing tool where you can pick your upstream structure and downstream structure and apply all sorts of things. You can set the grade and drop through all structures if you want. If you do any pipe editing this is a real time saver.
Currently we are changing our pricing structure where you can now buy site licenses. We have decided we aren't going to go out and try to sell individual licenses to so many people. We are more concerned over number of companies that are using our tools. We have a $395 option for up to 10 licenses and a $595 option which is unlimited license in one office. IF you have multiple offices each additional office is only $200.
We have many more tools but a lot to do with piping. Swap multiple pipes in Profile, Create points on structures, Label pipe interferences and more. here is the website to download a trial http://usa.cgsplus.com
