import shape file of the manhole loads to SSA

Actually, I have a question regarding to import manholes load from GIS to Civil3D-SSA(sanitary strom sewer).

As you know one of the issues at SSA is calculating contributed area for each manholes.

Because of this reason designer should back and forth GIS to Civil3d-SSA.

Now I have a shape file of manholes load (=contributed area x design flow).

How can I assign the loads to each manhole.
