AutoCAD Civil 3D - Stormwater

Orifice model

The file attached has an orifice attached to a detention basin leading to an inlet.  The flow through the orifice is .13 but it shows no flow into the inlet.  I do not understand why.  I'm not sure if I'm connecting the orifice correctly.  I've looked at the profile and run the animation and the water rises in the detention basin and it flows out but it does not run through the inlet.  I'm not sure where it goes.

 

any help would be much appreciated.

Yeah, it's going right on into Link-06, but not registering in the Inlet object. 

 

I simply converted the Inlet-03 object to a Junction, and then you can see the flow registering in the Junction. See below:
