Inlet Bypass- redux

I started my design by using Hydraflow Express to determine what inlet spacing to begin with by allowing shoulder and half lane in the spread, but when I piped it and ran it in storm sewers not even the shoulder is flooding. I looks right but does it seem right that express could have been that far off the mark?

Joe -

As they are runing the same set of calculations, Express is not off.

I would suggest taking a look at the roadway slope values as one is in ft/ft and the other is in percent.  A common error that I honestly do from time to time.

Hi Matt

Very glad I checked here before going further - that was exactly it. The saying is true " if it looks right it might be right and if it looks wrong its probably wrong"
