Importing storm in pipe network

I was unsuccesful in finding a different thread relating to this. But is there a way to get the drop down highlighted below to give me storm and sanitary instead of just "standard". I feel like I am overlooking something in my steps.

It appears you may be using a "plain" Jane" template to start your drawing in lieu of one of the engineering ones.  You should have a Sanitary and Storm as well.
