AutoCAD Civil 3D - Stormwater

When using Hydraflow Hydrographs and trying to use the tool button (looks like a magnifying glass) to look up Manning's n, CN, etc. nothing happens, also the help does not work.

I know that I can access this information in other places & I have the User's Guide, but it would be nice if these features worked. Anyone else with the same problem?

The magnifying glass should open the Users Guide.   (C:\Program Files\Autodesk\AutoCAD Civil 3D 2012\HHApps\Hydrographs.chm)

 

It appears something in 2013 is mislinked.
