Catchments discharge to pipes

I'm a new user to SSA, but with years experience in stormwater analysis.  I set up the model of catchments and a pipe network, and connected the system.  But, the catchments don't discharge to the pipe network, so I have no peak flows.  Ideas?

If your model runs fine and you are not seeing any results, you may want to check your Reporting time within Analysis Options. If you still face the issue, please attach your SSA model so that we can have a look at how you set up your model.
