Broken Back Culvert

Hello, 
I am trying to model a broken back culvert with a stream coming in and the culvert discharge into a river. Please see the attached image for full details. I already started the model, but i am getting errors and i am not sure if i modeled it right. Can you please provide me with some feedbacks about the error and if i modeled it right. I am not sure how to model the stream coming in at a fixed elevation, and i am not sure how to model the junction between the two culvers, but i think i modeled the culvert right. 

(The second section of the culvert include a weir at station 200, but i am not going to model it now).
