why is my text height and arrow size 0"?

hi,

having a problem...in the properties window my text height and arrow size shows up as 0". Why is that? I've set up dim style and text style the way i need it but i can't figure out why i'm still getting 0" in the properties window

a few things you can check.

1) make sure that you have the "Annotative" box checked in the "FIT" tab of the Dimension Style dialog box.

2) in the Dimension Style DIalog box under the "Text" Tab make sure that your Text Style is set properly

3) in the Dimension Style Dialog box make sure your "arrow size" is set properly.

4) in the "Text Style" dialog make sure that the "annotative" check box is checked and your Paper Text Height is correct.

5) is your dimscale variable set to "0".
